Ye Shaoxun

Mr Ye is the Group Vice Chairman and CEO of SW China. Mr Ye participated in the development, construction and standardisation of SW China’s integrated management system over the years. He was the Managing Partner of Zhonghe CPAs before the firm merged with SW China in 2000. Specialising in audit and assurance, management consulting, digitalisation of SW China and other fields, Mr Ye has been engaged in the provision of auditing, consulting, mergers and acquisitions services to dozens of large enterprise groups and listed companies for more than 20 years. Mr Ye has extensive experience relating to management systems of large enterprise groups, including accounting system, budget system, fund management system, internal control and information platform construction. Mr Ye’s long tenure with the firm has enabled him to serve clients in many sectors, notably industrial manufacturing, consumer goods and retails, financial services and transportation (including rail transport, road transport, water transport, air transport, pipeline transport, warehousing and logistics, etc.). Mr Ye has strong accounting academic background and authored A Practical Guide to Computerised Accounting Information System and other books. He also co-authored the Accounting Computerisation Guide. In addition, he often leads projects entrusted by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (“SASAC”).
