ShineWing, one of the earliest and longest-standing professional service organizations in China, can be traced back since the establishment of CITIC Accounting Firm in 1981; it has seven years of experience in joint ventures with large international accounting firms. After more than 40 years of development, ShineWing has achieved centralization, integration and internationalization. It has become a comprehensive professional service organization with brand influence and international service capability in China. In 2024, ShineWing generated over USD 564 million in revenue. As of the end of December 2024, the firm has a total of 30 offices in mainland China with a staff of 9,384, including 403 partners.

The Forum of Firms

SW International is a member of the Forum of Firms.


The objective of the Forum of Firms is to promote consistent and high-quality standards of financial and auditing practices worldwide. Members in the Forum have confirmed that they have policies and methodologies with respect to transnational audits that are based, to the extent practicable, on International Standards on Auditing and conform to the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants’ Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants and national codes of ethics and that they maintain appropriate quality control standards in accordance with International Standards on Quality Control in addition to relevant national standards. Members have also confirmed that they conduct, to the extent not prohibited by national regulation, regular globally coordinated internal quality assurance reviews.
